We use the email and request details you submit to respond, review events and register your interest in updates. Netlify processes hosting and form submissions. Optional event flyers should contain only content you are authorized to publish, with no sensitive personal information. To ask about submitted information or request removal, use the contact form on our homepage. Newsletter signup records interest; it does not guarantee a publication schedule. Community photo submissions
We collect your submitted photos, event details, optional public credit and caption, and contact email for moderation. Your email is visible to the site administrator, not the public gallery. Approved images, captions, credits, event names and dates are public. Photos are resized and re-encoded without embedded metadata. Pending photos remain private; rejected photos can be deleted by the administrator.
Uploads use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Its verification service processes technical browser and network information. Removal requests collect your contact email, photo reference and reason so we can review them. Use the removal form to request deletion of a photo or your submission details.
